1. General Services

Dimuth Enterprises facilitates the importation of vehicles from Japan to Sri Lanka and sells automotive parts locally.

2. Payments

We accept the following methods of payment for our services and products:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash
  • Online Payments (via our secure payment gateway)

3. Vehicle Imports

Warranties: Vehicles imported through Dimuth Enterprises are covered by a company-provided warranty. The specific terms, duration, and coverage of this warranty will be provided in your individual purchase agreement.

Cancellations: Once an order for a vehicle import is confirmed and processing has begun, cancellations may be subject to penalty fees or forfeiture of any initial deposits, depending on the stage of the export/import process.

Delays: We strive to deliver vehicles on time; however, Dimuth Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by third parties, including Japanese export delays, international shipping schedules, or Sri Lankan Customs clearances.

4. Vehicle Parts Sales

Pick-up Only: All vehicle parts purchased from Dimuth Enterprises must be picked up directly from our business premises. We currently do not offer delivery or shipping services for parts.

Returns and Refunds: All sales on vehicle parts are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a part has been purchased and handed over to the customer. Please verify that the part is correct for your vehicle before finalizing your purchase.
